United States: Shipped via Priority Mail, typically within 1–2 business days; delivery takes 2–3 days depending on your area. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
International: Shipped to most destinations via UPS. VAT, customs charges and carrier or customs delays are not covered by Ladyee.
Nigeria: Daily delivery is available for pieces held in our Lagos stockroom.
Returns: No refunds or cancellations; returns are exchanged for store credit. Pieces must be unworn, with no deodorant marks, and postmarked within 7 days of the original order. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless an item is defective or sent in error.
